STEEL FABRICATION


Ideal Stainless employs the latest types of high frequency pulse TIG, MIG and water cooled spot welding techniques. Weld mapping is a standard feature with all procedures, which is fully recorded and documented.

Most fabrications undertaken by Ideal Stainless will be in grades 304 and 316 SS. Part of our service encompasses Aluminium fabrications, which is finding acceptance in certain applications where weight is as issue. Hard anodising gives a complete protective seal against corrosion.

With our accreditation standards for HACCP, not only must the design be acceptable but also the finish. We accommodate all recognised grades of finish for stainless steel including electro polishing, bead blasting and high grade polishing.
